  Jamie works as head of schools and community basketball for Plymouth Raiders and delivers most of the school to club link basketball days.

  The host organisation has provided a letter stating that all coaches deployed to work within our schools have been:

  i) Declared suitable to work with children through an enhanced CRB check which is updated every 3 years.

  ii) Suitably qualified to level 2 NGB qualification or equivalent

  ii) Have public liability insurance in place up to 5 million

  iii) Committed to the mentoring and monitoring and professional development of the coaches that are deployed.

  iv) Have a safeguarding officer who keeps all coaches up to date.

  v) Coaches will be provided with photo ID badges which will have their job role (Sports Coach, expiry date (this should be when their CRB is due for renewal) and a contact number.

  Dave is club secretary for Plymstock Road Runners who have clubs running on both sides of the city. Many of the club coaches work in our schools and volunteer at many of our competitions.

  Anne Marie has been subconded from the Mount Batten Centre and spends most of her time working as water sports coach but also covers many outdoor pursuits projects for the sports partnership. These include bikeability, mountain biking, team building, orienteering, walking/navigation and climbing.
